About Yoga Path

Yoga is about making connections; about seeing the connections between all things living and non-living.  As a teacher, Kristen does her best to inspire her students to see these connections in their lives for the sake of their own well being as well as that of the world.

 

Under Kristen's instruction, you will be guided into better awareness within yourself.  Many who discover that yoga is much more than simply stretchng, are surprised to find their muscles are sore and new emotions rise to the surface.

 

The physical practice of yoga that Kristen teaches is what has been referred to as "intelligent vinyasa"; a vinyasa flow with emphasis on alignment.  This particular type of vinyasa ensures a strong practice as well as a safe practice.  You will become very aware of every movement you make and how it affects your body.

 

As your body transforms, you will feel much stronger.  With this new strength in your body will also come a strength in your spirit and an awareness of the world around you.  You will notice how your emotions affect others and how theirs affect you. 

 

You will begin to see the giant web of connectivity that joins us all.
