Private Options

All Private Sessions are ONE HOUR in length.  If you would prefer a longer session,  please let me know.

 

Basics Option: 

  • Introduce proper breathing techniques(Ujjayi pranayama)
  • Become familiar with the most frequently used poses in yoga and work on proper alignment
  • Explore effective meditation techniques

 

Open Option:  

  • Use of Ujjayi Pranayama and introdcuction to other breathing techniques
  • Review of proper alignment and more vigorous vinyasa
  • Introduction to more advanced asanas
  • Meditation

 

Advanced Option:  

  • Longer meditation
  • Advanced pranayama
  • Vigorous vinyasa
  • Instruction of advanced asana

 

 

Private sessions are typically conducted at your home if space allows.  If space is not available in your home, I will acquire studio space which will incur an extra cost of $25 per session.

 

Additional travel fees will be applied to the cost of the session if you reside outside a ten mile radius of my home.  Please contact me for details.
